If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Return

Email me at jenbru@rustydad.com with:

  • Order number
  • A photo of the item/damage etc.
  • A brief reason for your return (this genuinely helps me improve)

I'll review your request and get back to you promptly. I'm a one-person team, so please allow up to 48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Depending on the reason, I may ask you to send the item back to me before processing your refund. Please do not send the item back until I've asked you to, I'll let you know if that's needed before processing your refund.

I offer refunds for:

  • Items you're not satisfied with (within 30 days)
  • Wrong items received
  • Damaged or defective products
