30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days of your delivery date (please try to do it as soon as possible)
How to Request a Return
Email me at jenbru@rustydad.com with:
- Order number
- A photo of the item/damage etc.
- A brief reason for your return (this genuinely helps me improve)
I'll review your request and get back to you promptly. I'm a one-person team, so please allow up to 48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Depending on the reason, I may ask you to send the item back to me before processing your refund. Please do not send the item back until I've asked you to, I'll let you know if that's needed before processing your refund. In cases i ask for return you need to cover the return cost to Norway (usually I won't ask for this).
I offer refunds for:
- Items you're not satisfied with
- Wrong items received
- Damaged or defective products
- Within 30 days of delivery, please contact asap for painless processing.
